and confectionery batches: Reads daily production schedules and
selects formula cards for desired batches. Weighs dry
ingredients on sclaes or pours liquid ingredients into graduated
containers. Places assembled ingredients for each batch with
identifying batch number on conveyor or handtruck or dumps
batches in mixing bowl or machine. Records number of batches
prepared.
